I believe that wine means culture, elegance and lifestyle.” said Marinela V. Ardelean enogastronomic industry specialist, wine critic, professor and author of The Wine Book of Romania.
“I operate in the hospitality industry for many years and, in this time, I noticed a positive evolution of the consumer perceptions for wine. The tastes have evolved and the wine selection has become more rigorous. Therefore, RO-Wine | The Wine Festival of Romania has an important role to educate and present to consumers the quality wines that can accompany them in different events and moments in their lives. Excellence, passion and quality are elements that define this event. ” said Liviu Popescu, HoReCa entrepreneur and MasterChef jury member, 2017 edition.
The wine selection for the festival is extremely rigorous, with participation being made by exclusive invitation. To maintain the high standard of quality, each producer will present a maximum of 5 labels, selected by an international jury.
